Damage in transit
If anything arrives broken, email a photo within 7 days of delivery and I'll send a replacement or a full refund.
Returns
Unused pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email me to start a return; return shipping is the buyer's responsibility and the refund is issued once the piece arrives back safely. Commissions and sale pieces are final sale.
