This policy explains what information Sleeping Bear Ceramics collects and how it's used.
What I collect
- Order details: your name, email, shipping address and phone number (optional), so I can fulfill and ship your order.
- Payment details are processed securely by Stripe. I never see or store your full card number.
- Account details: your email address, used to sign you in with a one-time link or code.
- Drop alerts: your email address, only if you sign up.
How it's used
Only to fulfill orders, provide customer service, and — if you've opted in — to let you know about new work. I never sell or share your information with anyone except the services needed to run the shop (Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting and email, and the shipping carrier).
Analytics
The site uses privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to understand which pages are visited. No advertising trackers are used.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from drop alerts at any time using the link in any email, and you can ask me to delete your account and data by emailing hello@sleepingbearceramics.com.
