Once it’s out of the kiln, pay the remainder and it’s packed up and sent to you.

Commissions usually take 6–10 weeks from deposit to delivery.
How much does a commission cost?
It depends on the size and detail. As a guide, custom mugs start around $55 each and carved pieces around $70. Dinnerware sets are quoted per place setting.
Can you match a piece I already own?
I can get close! Every handmade piece varies a little, but send a photo and I’ll tell you honestly what’s possible.
Is the deposit refundable?
The deposit reserves studio time and materials, so it’s non-refundable once work has started. If I can’t complete your commission for any reason, you’ll get a full refund.
